Application Fee: $75.00 a one time fee for new students only, non-refundable.
Materials Fee: $200.00 per academic school year.
Assistance Hours: We ask our families to commit to 10 hours of assistance per year, or a payment of $200.00 in lieu of assistance hours. Your assistance can be offered in a variety of ways: gardening, in-class help, cleaning, purchasing materials for school projects, etc.
We follow the K-8th grade Ashland Public School Holiday and Snow Closure/Delay Schedule.
Tuition may be paid:
1. In one full payment, due September 1st.
2. In two equal installments, due September 1st and February 1st.
3. In ten equal installments, due the 5th of each month, September through June.
You can pay by cash, direct bank transfer through your parent portal, credit card by clicking on our “Pay Online Here” button on our website or by check. Please note your child’s name and classroom on all forms of payments.
Tuition has been adjusted to account for in-service and holidays, teacher set up and clean up times. For your convenience we have averaged yearly tuition over the 10 month school year so your monthly tuition payments are predictable.
Late fees, returned checks, schedule change fee and notice of withdraw:
1. A $15.00 late payment fee will be charged for tuition payments made after the 5th of the month.
2. A late arrival fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged beginning 5 minutes after your child’s scheduled pick-up time.
3. Returned checks will be charged a $25.00 returned check fee.
4. A one month notice of withdraw is required. If you withdraw your child without giving a one month notice, you shall be obligated to pay for that month of tuition after the date of withdraw and forfeit your deposit.
5. Tuition and extended care payments are due by the 5th of each month. Past due accounts are cause for disenrollment.
6. Extended care & morning schedule changes must be submitted by the 20th of month prior to the next months schedule. Changes enacted after the 20th will incur a $15.00 schedule change fee.
Toddler Program 2024 -2025
For children 24 months through 36 months.
Deposit: A $250.00 fee is required to reserve your child’s space. This deposit is non-refundable after July 31, 2024. The deposit is applied towards the balance of your June 2025 tuition.
Toddler Half Day Program: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Preschool Program 2024 -2025

Preschool: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., for children 3 through 5 years of age and potty trained

Pre School Extended Care Options
Enrollment: Early morning and afternoon extended care is available on a year-long, month-to-month or drop-in basis. Schedule requests must be submitted by the 20th of each month. Requests made after the 20th are subject to a $15.00 schedule change fee. Tuition and extended care payments can be paid together and are due by the 5th of each month. Mid-month schedule changes will not be honored. Monthly rates have been adjusted to account for in-service days and holidays.
Drop-in: Drop-in is permitted if space is available and must be approved by a director. The drop-in rate will be billed at $10.00 per hour.
